This page collects the terms of use information of minna-marjaana.com web shop. minna-marjaana.com is a parallel website and a shop of Vietto (VAT number 2151689-0 ), that sells minna-marjaana’s art work straight to customers.

Orders and delivery

Customer is making a cumpulsory order at webshop when adding product(s) in Shop Cart and paying them. Purchase invoice is sent automatically to customer’s e-mail address. Purchased products are sent to customer’s address entered into shipping information form unless agreed otherwise. Package may be sent also to Smart post. Customer is responsible for validity of her or his shipping information such as name, address and telephone number. Finnish Post stores the packages for seven days so it’s important to pick the packages within that time. Unfortunately Vietto will charge 10 euros fee for unpicked and returned packages as Finnish Post will charge us for it. Fee will be reduced from refund.

Payments

minna-marjaana.com accepts the following payment methods: PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com. It’s also possible to use PayPal for payments without actual PayPal account.

minna-marjaana accepts also direct bank tranfer payments via customer’s online banking services. When using this option purchase will be sent when bank transfer has completed.

Returns and changes

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns. minna-marjaana.com has a right to refuse the whole or part refund in case that products are not in original shape or parts of the product are missing.

Cheapest return package using Finnish post is via their website posti.fi. When you buy the shipping there the cost is 7,90,- for a small package. That is highly recommendable but if you prefer using some other courier it’s suitable.
